The Pharma Account Manager will generate profitable growth for Roquette in the Pharma market segments and drive sales of innovation products.
Responsible for managing and growing sales in the designated regional territory for industry market segments focusing on Rx, OTC, Biologics, Nutraceuticals, and others.
Generate profitable growth for Roquette measurable in variable margin contribution
Generate new leads and expand customer base through a "hunter" mentality
Promote and drive sales of Innovation products
Identify, develop and nurture customer-driven Sales Funnel (project pipeline) in collaboration with Marketing, and Technical Developers.
Develop new "in progress" opportunities and Convert "won" opportunities in the Sales Funnel to purchase orders
Partner with new and existing customers to ensure sustainable growth and generate incremental margins by offering value-based solution through Customer-Centric selling
Continuously provide market and customer feedback to all internal stakeholders
Maintain and aim to continuously increase the Net Promoter Score (NPS) at customer accounts in the designated regional territory
Collaborate with Channel (distribution) partners, as needed, to deliver the best solution to Roquette customers
Minimum of B.S. degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, pharmacy or related field (M.S. is a plus; MBA is a plus)
5#43; years proven experience in excipients with customers in the core segments: Rx, OTC, Biologics, Nutraceuticals
Experience in customer-facing roles (internal/external) required
CRM experience preferred
Business Trips (Percentage):
Willingness to travel extensively, as needed, to perform the role (Minimum 50%#43;)
